The Seeker 10x10 Bundle enables the generation of high-quality Illumina-ready libraries from fresh-frozen tissues to obtain high-resolution spatial transcriptomic information. The kit includes four Seeker 10 mm x 10 mm tiles and the reagents necessary for RNA hybridization, cDNA synthesis, and cDNA amplification.

Required Products

The Seeker Dual Indexing Primer Kit v2 includes the dual indexing primers required for the library preparation portion of the Seeker 3x3 and 10x10 workflows. Each kit contains enough reagents for up to 40 3 mm x 3 mm Seeker tiles or five 10 mm x 10 mm Seeker tiles.

The Seeker Reaction Chamber Adapter is a single-piece accessory designed to accomodate four 10x10 Reaction Chamber units, enabling the processing of 10 mm x 10 mm Seeker tiles in a standard thermal cycler. It is an essential component for executing the Seeker 10x10 workflow.
