The PrimeScript II High Fidelity One Step RT-PCR Kit is designed for RT-PCR in a single tube. This kit includes all reagents necessary for the reverse transcription of RNA to cDNA followed by PCR amplification of cDNA. Since all components are mixed in one tube, adding reagents at the midpoint of the procedure is unnecessary and the risk of contamination is minimized. This kit facilitates accurate cDNA amplification from a wide range of RNA concentrations for various targets, including long strands and GC-rich regions that are difficult to amplify, under high-speed conditions of 10 min for the reverse transcription reaction and 10 sec/kb for PCR elongation time.
