PrimeSTAR LongSeq DNA Polymerase is a modified B-family polymerase blend optimized for amplification of ultra-long, difficult-to-amplify templates without sacrificing yield or fidelity. It is ideal for long-range applications that require higher yields, such as NGS-based HLA typing, repeat expansion, or cancer genomic panels. Includes a 2X premix that contains all the necessary components (enzyme, buffer, dNTP mix) for assay setup. Primers and template not included.
