This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Biotin Free Human Phospho-AKT1/2/3 (Ser473) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HEK293 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 20% FBS for 15 minutes and lysed with 4 mL of Lysis Buffer.
