The HTRF Mutant Ataxin 2 standard has been validated for use with the HTRF Mutant Ataxin 2 kit, but is not included in the kit, and must be purchased separately.
The standard is supplied as a frozen stock solution at a concentration of 75,000 pg/mL. When following the recommended protocol for diluting the standard the HTRF Human Mutant Ataxin-2 assay has a detection range of 78 â 15,000 pg/mL, a limit of detection (LOD) of 10 pg/mL, and a limit of quantitation (LOQ) of 49 pg/mL.
