Revvity Alphalisa Surefire Ultra Human Total SirpΑ Detection Kit, Control Lysate

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total SIRPα Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, U937 cells were cultured in 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were harvested, washed with HBSS, adjusted to 10⁶ cells/mL and treated with 500 μM Pervanadate for 15 minutes. Cells were lysed with the addition of 5X Lysis Buffer.
