This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total MERTK Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HepG2 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were treated with 20 mm H2O2 for 15 minutes and lysed with 4 mL of Lysis Buffer.
