Revvity This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human & Mouse Phospho-SYK (Tyr525/526) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, U-937 were cells cultured in 10% FBS containing media. Cells were harvested and washed with HBSS + 0.1% BSA, adjusted to 2 x 106 cells/mL, then treated with 0.5 mm Pervanadate for 30 minutes. Cells were spun down at 300 RCF for 5 minutes and lysed in Lysis Buffer at 1 x 106 cells/mL. - REVPFZ (Additional S&H Or Hazmat Fees May Apply)
