Revvity Alphalisa Surefire Ultra Human Total Pax5 Detection Kit, Control Lysate

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total PAX5 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Daudi cells were cultured in 10% FBS containing media. Cells were harvested and washed with HBSS, adjusted to 5 x 10⁶ cells/mL, and lysed with the addition of 5X Lysis Buffer.
