The Exel Carbon Steel Surgical Blades are manufactured with high quality German carbon steel. The carbon steel blade is sharpened and polished to ensure a smooth incision property.Features:

- Made from premium quality German Carbon Steel
- Computer controlled grinding, sharpening and polishing, ensures consistency smooth incision properties
- Sterilized by GAMMA radiation 2.5 – RADS
- A Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) paper lining, leakage testing and an aluminum foil peal pack help ensure quality and integrity when ready for use
- Each production lot is sampled and conforms to ISO 2859, Inspection level (S4) AOL 1.0 & 2.5
- Blade rigidity is tested to eliminate blade breakage
- Blades are ultrasonically cleaned prior to packing
- This product does not contain Natural Rubber Latex
