ApplicationAmberChrom™ 50WX2 200-400 Mesh (H+) Cation Exchange Resin was used to remove calcium from aqueous samples.[4] It may be used for the purification of amino acids from plant samples prior to their determination by methyl chloroformate derivatization followed by analysis using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).[3] It may be used as a catalyst for the esterification reaction of hydrolyzed sea mango (Cerebra odollam) oil[5] and as a stationary phase material of ion-exchange column of flow-injection analysis (FIA) system for chemiluminescent analysis of nitrates in aqueous solutions.[6] |
