General description
Application Cuprizone (Bis(cyclohexanone)oxaldihydrazone) was used for toxic demyelination in the central nervous system in order to investigate the pathobiology of remyelination in the corpus callosum, so as to study the human demyelinating diseases such as multiple sclerosis.[2] It was also used a model to study components of neuroinflammation.[3]
