Hamilton Company 1/4-28 Threads .059 (1.5 mm) / Male Luer Lock

Hamilton Company Hv, hvp, hvx, hvm, and hvxm valves have a port depth of 5.6 mm (7/32) which is much shorter than the industry standard ports. This design minimizes the dead volume that is trapped in the valve port. To take advantage of this unique feature, a line of short adapters has been designed that will only work with Hamilton valves. These fittings have a 1/4-28 unf thread connection on one side and either a male luer, female luer, or male luer lock on the other side.

use tubing assemblies to connect tubing to valves (100psig or less). Use the female luer, male luer, luer lock and barbed fittings to connect syringes, equipment, or other devices to Hamilton valves. Fittings and adapters are constructed of kel-f material (ctfe), except the male luer lock fittings and swivel union, which are made of kel-f (ctfe) and metal. Some fittings are offered in two port diameters for fluid flow optimization.
