Labconco End-Zone Starter Kit For Freezone Freeze Dryers

Labconco Starter kit includes components for detecting end point in one sample flask. Each end-zone starter kit includes two vacuum sensors, one valve adapter for connecting the reference sensor to an empty port, one fast-freeze flask top with sensor port, a connection cable, and a mountable holder with space for six sensors. Holder may be mounted directly onto freeze dryer. For detecting end point in more than one sample (up to five), the end-zone add-on kit is available (sold separately, cat. No. 346-29033).

freezone freeze dryer with lyo-works os, drying chamber or manifold with valve ports, vacuum pump, and 600 mL or larger fast-freeze flask are required for operation (not included). End-zone is not compatible with freezone stoppering tray dryers, bulk tray dryers or freezone legacy freeze dryers.

end-zone provides an alternative to visual inspection making it easy to determine when freeze drying is complete. It eliminates guesswork and ensures sample dryness. End-zone will alert when sample moisture levels have reached the user-selected level. End-zone compares the vacuum level of an empty valve to the vacuum level inside a fast-freeze flask containing the sample. Operating with freezones lyo-works os, end-zone provides an alert on the display screen and, if programmed, sends an email to the user when end point is detected.
