SyntIV High level protein-expression plasmid

SyntIV A plasmid for high levels transient or stable protein expression in mammalian cells. The plasmid features the CMV promoter, WPRE stability element, puromycin resistance gene for selection of stably transfected clones, and ampicillin resistance gene for bacterial propagation. The plasmid has been used for hundreds of different transfections of numerous protein-expression plasmids; it was successfully used for generating stable cell lines selected for puromycin resistance, 20 micrograms - SIV (Additional S&H or Hazmat Fees May Apply)
