SyntIV Synthetic plasmid for expression of proteins on bacteriophage M13 (phage display)

SyntIV A synthetic plasmid for construction of phage display libraries. The plasmid can be used to display peptides or proteins fused to the pIII protein of M13 bacteriophage in suppressor bacteria (e.g. TG1 & ER2738) or as soluble protein in non-suppressor bacteria (e.g. SS320). The full-length pIII gene was codon optimized for high expression in bacteria. Two restriction sites SfiI and NotI allow convenient cloning in frame with a PelB leader sequence to facilitate expression of the fused protein in the periplasm of bacteria for display on bacteriophages, 20 micrograms - SIV (Additional S&H or Hazmat Fees May Apply)
