SyntIV Synthetic plasmid for expression of proteins fused to pIII of the bacteriophage M13 (phage display)

SyntIV A synthetic plasmid for construction of phage display libraries. The plasmid can be used to display peptides or proteins fused to the pIII protein of M13 bacteriophage in bacteria (e.g. TG1 & ER2738). The full-length pIII gene was codon optimized for high expression in bacteria. Two restriction sites SfiI and NotI allow convenient cloning in frame with a PelB leader sequence to facilitate expression of the fused protein in the periplasm of bacteria for display on bacteriophages, 20 micrograms - SIV (Additional S&H or Hazmat Fees May Apply)
