SyntIV A synthetic plasmid for expression of the C3 ScFv fused to the pIII protein of M13 bacteriophage in suppressor bacteria (e.g. TG1 & ER2738) or as soluble ScFv in non-suppressor bacteria (e.g. SS320). C3 ScFv is a high affinity human antibody fragment that recognizes human MHC Class I presenting viral peptide derived from HIV-1 nef protein (Herschhorn et al. J.
