Revvity ViaStain NexGreen/PI for Cellometer

ViaStain NexGreen/PI can provide the detection of live and dead nucleated cells, even in the presence of a high background of non-lysed red bloods cells, platelets, and/or debris using the Cellometer systems. This formulation can work with whole blood, peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC), bone marrow, splenocytes, thymocytes, lymph nodes, and hepatocytes but also works in various other digested tissues and cultured cell lines. As an alternative to AOPI, NexGreen/PI can determine sample concentration and viability independent of buffer, media, and/or storage conditions.
