Specificity / Sensitivity
mCherry (E5D8F) Feline Chimeric mAb detects mCherry-tagged proteins (either N-terminal tagged or C-terminal tagged) exogenously expressed in cells. Please note that the mCherry tags add approximately 28kDa to the molecular weight of the fusion protein.
