The Autophagy-Focused Screening Library (96-Well) consists of 2 plates and contains more than 150 autophagy-associated compounds in a 96-well Matrix™ tube rack format as 10 mm stock solutions in DMSO. The library will include a variety of inhibitors and inducers of autophagy, including but not limited to, mTOR, PI3K, LRRK2, and Aurora kinase inhibitors, HDAC inhibitors, protease inhibitors, calcium channel blockers, p53 and AMPK modulators, and Vps34 inhibitors. Stability data is not available for individual compounds as supplied in the screening library. Panels are routinely re-evaluated to include new catalog introductions as the research evolves.
