DSPE-PEG(2000)-DT7 is a peptide-lipid conjugate. It was prepared from DSPE-PEG(2000)-DBCO and a clickable form of DT7 peptide, a retro-inverso derivative of T7 peptide, a transferrin receptor (TfR) agonist. DSPE-PEG(2000)-DT7 is intended for use in the targeted delivery of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) in vitro and in vivo.
