A2ti-2 is an inhibitor of the protein-protein interaction between annexin A2 and S100A10 (IC50 = 230 µM in a cell-free assay).1 It inhibits human papillomavirus (HPV) entry in HeLa cervical cancer cells when used at concentrations of 50, 75, or 100 µM.2
