DSPE-PEG(2000)-tri-GalNAc is a multivalent N-acetylgalactosamine-conjugated lipid composed of an O-deacetylated derivative of LNP GalNAc ligand 1 (Item No. 38952), a GABA linker, a PEG(2000) spacer, and 1,2-distearoyl-rac-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine. Multivalent GalNAc-conjugated lipids have been used in the generation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for targeted liver delivery via the asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPR).1
