How to Use:

For more concentrated applications, reconstitute the tablet in a smaller volume (2 mL) to create a 10X stock solution, which can then be diluted as needed. Please note, concentrations greater than 1X may appear hazy, but this will not affect the performance of the inhibitors. Endogenous proteases are also present during cell lysis which could lead to proteolytic degradation of proteins. Supplementing the lysis buffer with protease inhibitors prevents any proteins of interest from being degraded in this fashion.
