Cayman’s PGE2 Express ELISA is a competitive assay that can be used for quantification of PGE2 in urine, plasma, serum, tissue homogenates, and culture media samples. The assay has a range of 15.6-2,000 pg/mL, a sensitivity (80% B/B0) of approximately 40 pg/mL, and a lower limit of detection (LLOD) of 11 pg/mL.
