Cayman’s Cortisol Express ELISA Kit is a competitive assay that can be used for the quantification of cortisol in plasma, urine, saliva, feces, and hair. The assay has a range of 39.1-5,000 pg/mL, with a midpoint (50% B/B0) of 300-500 µg/mL, and a sensitivity (80% B/B0) of approximately 110 pg/mL.
