Cayman’s Leukotriene E4 (LTE4) ELISA Kit is a competitive assay that can be used for the quantification of LTE4 in urine without purification. The assay has a range of 7.8-1,000 pg/mL with a sensitivity (80% B/B0) of approximately 25 pg/mL and a lower limit of detection (LLOD) of 6.9 pg/mL.
