Cayman’s Mouse IgG1 ELISA Kit is an immunometric (i.e. sandwich) assay that can be used for the quantification of mouse IgG1 in mouse plasma, serum, and urine and cell culture media. The standard curve spans the range of 1.56-100 ng/mL with a lower limit of detection (LLOD) of 0.23 ng/mL.
