Cayman’s Free Fatty Acid (FFA) Fluorometric Assay provides a simple, reproducible, and sensitive tool for measuring free fatty acids in plasma, serum, and urine. The FFA Fluorometric Assay utilizes a coupled enzymatic reaction that results in generation of the highly fluorescent product resorufin.
