Sigma-Aldrich Opentrons Flex# Tough Auto-Sealing Lids&

OPENTRONSFLEX^™ Tough Auto-Sealing Lids provide automatic sealing of PCR plates on deck and are perfect for workflows that either want to minimize cross contamination or evaporation during their thermocycler incubations. The lids can be placed directly on the deck or with the OPENTRONSFLEX^™ Riser, which will raise the position of the lids on the deck and make them stackable.The lids are added and removed from PCR plates using the AAW™ Flex Gripper and the OPENTRONSFLEX^™ Thermocycler to create the seal. Once the incubation is complete, the customer can remove and dispose of the thermocycler lid and add a new one if there is a subsequent incubation.
