Revvity AlphaLISA SureFire Biotin-Free Human Phospho-STAT4 (Tyr693) Detection Kit, Control Lysate

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Biotin-Free Human Phospho-STAT4 (Tyr693) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, NK-92 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks with MEM-α media containing 12.5% FBS,12.5% Horse Serum, 0.2 mm inositol, 0.1 mm 2-mercaptoethanol, 0.02 mm folic acid and 200 U/mL recombinant IL-2. Cells were then deprived of IL-2 for 18 hours, treated with 200 ng/mL IL-12 for 30 minutes and lysed at 3.2 x 10⁶ cells/mL with Lysis Buffer.
