Revvity AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total PKCθ Detection Kit, Control Lysate

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total PKCθ Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Jurkat cells were cultured in 10% FBS containing media. Cells were washed with HBSS + 0.1% BSA, then spun down at 300 RCF for 5 minutes and lysed in Lysis Buffer at 4 x 10⁶ cells/mL.
