This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Phospho-4EBP1 (Ser65) or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, MCF7 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 500 μg/mL insulin for 30 minutes and lysed with 20 mL of Lysis Buffer.
