This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total IRF4 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Karpas 299 cells were cultured in T175 flasks with 10% FBS containing medium and lysed at 0.25 x 106 cells/mL in Lysis Buffer.
