Revvity AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total IRE1α Detection Kit, Control Lysate

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total IRE1α Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, RPMI 8226 cells were resuspended in complete medium at 4 x 10⁶ cells/mL and treated with 200 nM Thapsigargin for 4 hours. Cells were spun down at 300 RCF for 5 minutes, washed with HBSS and resuspended at 4 x 10⁶ cells/mL in Lysis Buffer.
