This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total B-Raf V600E Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, A375 cells were cultured on confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing media and lysed in 6 mL of Lysis Buffer.
