Revvity AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total INSM1 Detection Kit, Control Lysate

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total INSM1 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, NCI-H69 cells were cultured for four days in a T175 flasks. Cells were harvested, washed with HBSS + 0.1% BSA and lysed at 0.5 x 10⁶ cells/mL with the addition of 5X Lysis Buffer.
