This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-Histone H1 (Thr17) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HEK293 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium and lysed with 40 mL of Lysis Buffer B.
