It is intended to be used solely in conjunction with AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra assays containing the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Activation Buffer C. The AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Activation Buffer C optimizes the recognition of the target by the antibodies present in the kit.
The AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Activation buffer C has a different formulation from both the AlphaLISA SureFire Activation Buffer and AlphaScreen SureFire Activation Buffer, and should not be used with other kits.
