Revvity Revvity AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human & Mouse Phospho-IκKα (Ser176/180) Detection Kit, Control Lysate

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra phospho-IKKα (Ser176/180) assay kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The control was prepared from recombinant p-IKKα protein at a concentration of 100 ng/mL in 1X Lysis Buffer. The controls are supplied lyophilized, and should be reconstituted in either ddH2O or MilliQ® H2O, and serially diluted as desired in 1X Lysis buffer. Once reconstituted, lysates should be stored frozen in single use aliquots.
