Revvity Alphalisa Surefire Ultra Human Total Tyk2 Detection Kit, Control Lysate

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total TYK2 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, THP-1 cells were cultured in 10% FBS containing medium and treated with 0.5 mm Pervanadate for 30 minutes. Cells were spun down at 300 RCF for 5 minutes, washed with HBSS and lysed with Lysis Buffer at a final density of 5 x 10⁶ cells/mL.
