This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Mouse Phospho-DAP12 (Tyr92) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, RAW264.7 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium and treated with 0.5 mm Pervanadate for 10 minutes. Cells were lysed with 12 mL of Lysis Buffer.
