This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra phospho-STAT3 (Tyr705) assay kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. This control lysate was prepared from A431 cells, cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium for 3 days, then treated with EGF (2 µg/mL) for 10 min and lysed in 10 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
