Revvity BioQule WatchMaker RNA Library Prep Accessory

The BioQule WatchMaker® RNA Library Prep Accessory Kit enables the complete automation of WatchMaker RNA library preparation on the BioQule™ NGS System for RNA sequencing on an Illumina® platform. When used in conjunction with the WatchMaker RNA Library Prep kit from WatchMaker Genomics, this accessory kit contains all necessary materials to prepare 32 reactions. The protocol is compatible with RNA samples that have undergone mRNA capture or ribosomal depletion, provided that the post-enrichment or depleted RNA is sufficient to meet input amount requirements.
