This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total SMARCA2 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HeLa cells were cultured to confluence in T175 cm flasks in 10% FBS containing medium and lysed with 5 mL of Lysis Buffer.
