This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-Tau (Thr217) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, SH-SY5Y cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10 % FBS containing medium, then treated with 100 nM Okadaic Acid for 2.5 hours and lysed with 4 mL of Lysis Buffer.
