Revvity Alphalisa Surefire Ultra Total Vegfr-2 Control

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra total VEGFR-2 assay kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HUVEC cells were grown to confluence in T175 flasks, and then serum-starved overnight. The following day the media was removed, and the cells were treated with 100 ng/mL VEGF for 10 minutes. The agonist was removed, and the cells were lysed with 4 mL of freshly prepared 1X Lysis buffer, with shaking for 10 minutes.
