This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra phospho-ZAP-70 (Tyr319) assay kit, or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Jurkat cells (0.2x106 cells/well) were stimulated for 10 min with H2O2. Cells were lysed with 5X Lysis buffer in culture medium.
