This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total TDP-43 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, U937 cells were washed and resuspended in HBSS at 2 x 106 cells/mL, then treated with 100 ng/mL Calyculin for 4 hours and lysed with SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer at a final density of 0.8 x 106 cells/mL.
